L. Cruz Development, LLC has extensive experience as a General Contractor, and as such, will provide all budgeting, cost control, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, quality control, labor relations, coordination of efforts within the facility, and all other activities required for the successful completion of the construction of this project.
Once the project team is in agreement, we will issue subcontracts consistent with industry practice obtaining the required documents i.e. certifications, bonds, and contract documents.
We will conduct preconstruction conferences for all the successful bidders as each trade is ready to begin the project. For many trades we will also request the designer responsible for that particular trade attend such meetings. This will provide an opportunity for all parties to understand requirements of the project schedules and the expectations
